Our internship coordinator will help you identify opportunities that can jump-start your career. ÁùºÏ±¦¿â students have found internships at ESPN; Iowa Public Radio; MidAmerican Energy; Clear Channel Communications; USATF Outdoor Championships; WHO-TV; KCCI-TV; WOI-TV; national networks in New York and Washington, D.C.; the Iowa Cubs; the Iowa Speedway, and Prairie Meadows racetrack.

ÁùºÏ±¦¿â electronic media graduates are found across the country and around the world, leading the profession at such places as National Public Radio, Hulu, Google, ESPN, the University of Wisconsin-Madison and Loyola University-Maryland athletic departments, Harpo Studios, the Chicago Bears, the Chicago White Sox, WLS-TV, The Principal Financial Group, Hy-Vee, KCCI-TV, WOI-TV, WHO-TV, Arizona Cardinals media relations, and the Toronto Sun online among others.

Digital media production

As a digital media production major you’ll master the use a multimedia palette of video, audio, still photography, and text across a variety of platforms, including broadcast video and audio, web, tablets, and smart phones. You’ll gain the skills and experiences needed to succeed as a digital media producer for television, radio, websites, sports networks, commercials, documentary, films, or corporate communication.
