Pre-Pharmacy

Start your pursuit of a career in pharmacy with all the advantages of ÁùºÏ±¦¿â’s pre-pharmacy program. ÁùºÏ±¦¿â’s pre-pharmacy major is a two-year curriculum that prepares students to apply to our Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree.  If you are admitted to ÁùºÏ±¦¿â’s pre-pharmacy school, you will receive the benefits of the ÁùºÏ±¦¿â Direct PharmD program, which is a 2+4 program that allows you to become a pharmacist in 6 years instead of seven to eight.

ÁùºÏ±¦¿â’s pre-pharmacy degree provides a unique and beneficial experience to students that includes career exploration in a variety of areas within pharmacy, advising and mentoring from a pharmacy professor, opportunities to join professional pharmacy organizations as early as your first semester and much more!
