At ÁùºÏ±¦¿â Wellness, our goal is to assist you in establishing lifestyle patterns that will enhance wellbeing throughout your life. The program encompasses six dimensions of wellness: emotional, intellectual, physical, social, occupational, and spiritual.

The wellness program offers individualized plans and sponsors events and activities throughout the academic year. Services are provided with a personal commitment to assisting you in achieving your wellness goals and improving your quality of life.
